Positions We’re Often Hiring For

We’re always looking for talented, compassionate people to join our team across various roles.

Licensed Mental Health Professionals

Licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who provide individual, family, and group counseling. You’ll collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans, track progress, and make a real difference.

Psychiatric APRNs

Psychiatric nurse practitioners who perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage medications. You’ll work closely with our therapy team to provide coordinated care.

Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals (QBHP)

Case managers who help clients access community resources, coordinate care, and build daily living skills. You’ll be an advocate and guide for people navigating a complicated system.

Mental Health Paraprofessionals (MHP)

Trained support staff who work with clients in real-world settings—at home, in school, in the community. You’ll help turn treatment plans into practical daily progress.

School-Based Positions

Work on-site at partnering school districts across Arkansas. Help students succeed emotionally, socially, and academically without leaving their school.

Administrative & Support Staff

The people who keep everything running smoothly. Reception, billing, scheduling, and more. You’re the first point of contact for our clients.
