Since 2002, we’ve grown from a single residential facility in Gurdon to six outpatient clinics serving families across the state. We also maintain offices on school campuses to provide on-site support for students.

Our Malvern location serves as TFS headquarters and offers the full range of outpatient services including therapy, psychiatric care, case management, and crisis intervention. This is where it all started, and we’re proud to continue serving Hot Spring County and surrounding areas.

Our standard office hours are designed to fit your schedule. We know life doesn’t always cooperate with 9-to-5, which is why we offer evening and weekend appointments at most locations.
